Coaching for Educators
I have a special passion for working with teachers and those tasked with leading and supporting them. Because of this, I devote some of my time to coaching educators. I offer one-on-one and team coaching for teachers. Whether you are a teacher or a principal in search of support, connect with me to learn more about how I can be a resource for your school community.
In-person and remote coaching available.
Among other ways, coaching is a great way to support educators who…
are struggling with classroom management, differentiation, lesson planning, work/life balance, emotional well-being, time-management, creating effective systems and protocols, etc
are new to the classroom and feel overwhelmed by all the things
are new or old to teaching and there is a specific area in their craft they want to improve this year (i.e. classroom management, differentiation, work/life balance, connecting with students, formal/informal assessments, grading, student engagement, lesson planning, etc.)
are a leader in your school (department head, grade-level leader, etc.) and want a thought-partner in navigating a new role
wear many hats at the school and would like a thought-partner to organize needs, identify clear initiatives and execute on purposeful action steps
are feeling burnt out, struggling to find motivation to get creative or excited about what you are teaching
feel pretty confident about your teaching, but are wondering if there are still ways to take it to the next level and improve learning outcomes for all their students
want to think through how they support and lead other teachers
want to examine school culture and be more reflective and intentional about initiatives, teacher expectations, etc
want to examine and grow as a servant leader
